Do I need to be home?

No. As long as we can safely access your yard, you do not need to be home during your service.

Where does the dog waste go?

We bag the waste and place it in your outdoor trash receptacle. We do not haul dog waste away from your property.

How often do you come?

Our standard service is weekly. We visit your property once each week to scoop and clean your yard.

What if I have multiple dogs?

No problem. Weekly service is $47 for 1 dog, $55 for 2 dogs, and $63 for 3 or more dogs.

Do my dogs need to be inside during service?

Not necessarily. We love dogs. If your dog is friendly and comfortable with visitors in the yard, they may remain outside. If there is any safety concern, we may ask that your dog be secured away from the service area during your visit.

What happens if it rains?

We work through normal weather whenever it is safe to do so. If severe weather prevents us from safely completing your service, we'll communicate with you about your visit.

Is there an initial cleanup fee?

No. We do not charge a separate initial yard cleanup fee.

Do you charge extra for larger yards?

No. Our current weekly pricing is based on the number of dogs, not the size of your yard.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. There are no contracts.
